Shipping policy

Processing and Shipping time: 

Handling Time: Typically within 24 hours (except weekends)
Standard Domestic Shipping Time (Canada): 3 - 9 Business Days

Standard International Shipping Time (US and UK): 4 - 9 Business Days


Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. If you don't receive this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. You can also track your order by emailing us kozeconsult@gmail.com

Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or being unavailable to receive the package), or if the customer declines to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. This expense includes any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address. 

Upon receipt of Your Order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.

Cancellation of Order:
Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you want to buy before placing the order.
